We like to make sure that all parents coaches and players are involved in what we do and the decisions which we make.

Match experience
We believe that it is crucial that players get as much match experience as possible as this aids development of players 10x more than just regular training
Diversify in many positions
We want players to be able to play a wide variety of positions on the football field as this helps them lean more about the game and develops their skill
Take risks
We want players to be open to taking risks when they have the ball to create lots of goal scoring opportunities. We encourage an open style of play
Comfortable on the ball
Most our practices are all game scenario based so when players are playing in match they do not panic when they have the ball
Player empowement
We want the players to take owness of the training and help other players to improve their skills. In addition be able to make decisons for themsleves when they are in matches
Communication
We want players to be able to communicate effectively to other players and coaches as this would help them both on match day and outside matchday
Inderpendent
We develop a culture where we encourage players to be accountable for their own behaviour and actions on and off the football pitch. Without the coaches telling players what to do

Quality Coaching
Our coaches are level 1 and 2 qualified in football and we pride ourslefs on continus learning in order to give your child the best knowledge and skill to play the game
Professionalism
We deal with queries promptly and quickly in addition to making sure that our sesssions run on the time we say they run. Our team also makes sure that we provide you the best advice and service to cator for your footballing needs
Communication
If there are any changes to the session we will be the first to communicate this to you so that you are able to plan your day. We will never give you information last minuite
Player Happiness
Making sure your child enjoys their football experience is crucial to us. Ensuring that your child still loves the game of football is what we will do with our coaching
